“People's deputies of Ukraine are affected by tragic news of numerous casualties and considerable damages as a result of a terrible tragedy - earthquake in Gansu Province," the telegrams read.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Rybak conveys sincere words of sympathy to the near and dear ones of the deceased and wishes quickest possible recovery to the injured.
